Jessica Whitlow
Hello, I’m Jessica Whitlow owner and stylist of JW & Co Hair Studio, a role I’ve passionately held since May 15, 2006. A true artist at heart, I like to bring creativity and flair to every aspect of my work. Beyond the salon, am a devoted animal lover, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband and two sons, I indulge in hobbies such as gardening, fishing, and tackling simple remodeling projects. The beauty industry is my true passion, guiding both my professional and personal life. Fun Facts: An obsession with nail polish is what sparked my journey into the beauty industry. I am also a Mopar fan with a love for muscle cars.
Jennifer Temple
Hi! I’m Jennifer Temple. JW & Co became my ‘hair home’ in May 2015. Prior to that, I lived in Europe with my (now retired) Air Force husband for about 13 years, where I cultivated my craft. I am a Certified Paul Mitchell Color and Product Knowledge Expert. I love variety! Everything from pixie cuts to long shags… redheads and refreshes, highlights and bold statement pieces, some even call me their curl whisperer. My end goal is always the same, strong, healthy, vibrant hair that enhances your personal style. Outside of the salon you will find me enjoying homeschooling my son and daughter, snuggling our Maine Coon kitty, Lotus, cooking new recipes, researching health & wellness and staying as active as possible through swimming and resistance training. I also enjoy game nights with my friends & family.
Madii Dibble
Hey, hey! I’m Madii, Director and Stylist here at JW & Co. After receiving my cosmetology education at Paul Mitchell the School in GR, I started my career November of 2020. As a certified Paul Mitchell Color Expert, I love creating personalized color looks, while also specializing in custom extensions. I absolutely love teaching my guests all the ways a great hair routine can elevate their self care while also being sustainable for the Earth. Beyond the salon, you can catch me doing all sorts of outdoor activities with my long time partner Sebastian, or hanging out with my fur babes. In my downtime, I’ll always enjoy a good book, spending time with loved ones, crafting and trying out new recipes. Fun fact about me: After taking 4 years of advanced Spanish, I found a deep passion for travel - educating and immersing myself in different cultures.

’m **Jessica Pierson**, aka JJ, Director and Stylist who started my career at JW& CO in May 2009. I have a deep passion for creating lived-in hair color and extensions to give you the hair of your dreams. I love teaching my clients how to achieve their perfect look with the healthiest hair. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at home immersed in DIY projects, gardening, or cheering on my daughter at her gymnastics competitions with my husband. Fun fact: JW&CO is the only salon I’ve worked at.
Kami Rae LaCour
Hi guys! I'm Kami Rae, I started at JW & Co June 2nd, 2018. I graduated from Nuvo College of Cosmetology May 2015. I am a two time Paul Mitchell Product Expert. I love making people feel beautiful and better about themselves by giving their hair the love it needs and deserves! I Also love how creative and artsy you can be with hair! Fun fact ~ I graduated cosmetology school before high school!
Toni Kostamo
I started my career at JW&Co. in October of 2021. I attended cosmetology school through my high school’s vocational program; I graduated in 2012. I am an associate at JW&Co. and love assisting all of our awesome stylists. Fun Facts: I love to travel. Cozy movie nights and hanging out outside with friends and family. I am blessed with an amazing husband and we have one child together.

Alicia Oleszczuk
Hello, I'm Alicia Oleszczuk (Oh-la-zook) With over a decade of experience at JW & Co, where I’ve been a dedicated team member since April 2012, I specialize in creating stunning transformations. I obtained my license in 2006 from the Career Line Tech Center, and I particularly enjoy crafting beautiful bob haircuts and working with natural colors, from blondes to reds. Outside of the salon, I cherish spending time with my husband and two kids. In my downtime, I love getting my nails done, engaging in easy crafts, reading, and savoring a hot cup of coffee. Fun facts about me: I can't turn down Mexican food and I have a slight obsession with sunglasses
Sara Bellah
Hello loves! My name is Sara Bellah and I’ve been doing hair at Jwandco hair studio since November 2018! When I’m behind the chair I absolutely love doing blondes and vivid colors, along with our Aqua hair extensions. I am married and have 3 fur babies, a dog and 2 cats. When I’m not behind the chair you can find me at home cooking soup or watching a reality tv show! I am a Libra who loves all things fall and fun fact..I have an obsession with buying purses, shoes, and makeup!
Erica Costello
I'm Erica! I've been at JW & Co since June of 2022 as receptionist and resident sparkle enthusiast! I'm the one with the tinsel in her hair, the camera in her hand, and a pun always ready to go. You might speak with me on the phone to book an appointment, get a tour of the studio or check out with me at the front desk. When I'm not behind the desk or in the chair myself, you'll find me homeschooling my kids or taking photos. Fun fact about me: I spent quite a few years as a teen living in Asia and my first job was working at the US Embassy in Seoul, Korea!
